What if I provided an incorrect shipping address?

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you realize you've used an incorrect address, please contact sales@onki.store immediately, as the shipping address cannot be modified once the order has already shipped.
