How do I initiate a return for an unwanted item?

You have two options:

1. Contact Support: Email sales@onki.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions if approved.
2. Online Returns Portal: Go to our online returns portal (Log a return), enter your order number and email, select items, and follow on-screen instructions for the return mailing address.
