    No, original shipping fees paid on your order are non-refundable for unwanted items. This does not apply to returns due to merchant fault.

  • How do I make a warranty claim?

    If a purchased item becomes defective due to a manufacturing fault within one year, contact us with pictures or videos of the defect. After confirmation, you can send the item back for repair.
  • How long does it take to process a refund?

     Within 5 business days after we receive/inspect the return, to original payment method (or store credit if you prefer). Initial shipping is non-refundable unless we’re at fault.
  • What does the warranty not cover?

    The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, disassembly, drops, water damage, or other artificial (user-caused) damage. In such cases, you are responsible for all return shipping fees and repair costs.
  • What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@onki.store. We will issue a full refund, including original shipping fees, without requiring you to return the item.
  • What is Onki.store's return policy for unwanted items?

    You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for unwanted items. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

    All our items are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of receipt.
  • Who pays for return shipping for unwanted items?

    You are responsible for the cost of return postage to our fulfillment center in China for unwanted items. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service, as you are responsible for the items until they reach our facility in China.
